Inclusion & diversity: capacity building for successful implementation

For three days, representatives of cultural institutions and organisations met in Riga.  The venue for the training was Jurmala, an area characteristic for its natural resources for health and good living. The knowledge of an area with distinctive natural features stimulated the participants to learn about the history of the region and to share their personal knowledge and experiences, creating a bond between people and the environment. Our Dante Alighieri Society was represented by Gianluca Olcese and Adam Kruk, who were able to talk about their experiences, activities and projects and exchange knowledge with others. The discussions during these days allowed us to get to know different points of view and become active in developing integration through cultural strategies and fostering mutual understanding between different people and histories.
